For Folks Suffering from Depression:

These few books created by Brene Brown help us understand the importance of being vulnerable, imperfect, and open with others, what we miss out on when we aren’t vulnerable, and how we take the leap to be more vulnerable.

This book provides assistance on how to care less about what other’s think about you.
