I have compiled a list of the most common tools I recommend to folks when they ask me for suggestions in my office. Please feel free to browse through them, and may they also be beneficial to you. Please note none of the tools listed below are recommended to replace medical or therapeutic help.
For Folks Suffering from Depression:
CBD has been known to help alleviate some of the symptoms of depression.

These few books created by Brene Brown help us understand the importance of being vulnerable, imperfect, and open with others, what we miss out on when we aren’t vulnerable, and how we take the leap to be more vulnerable.
This book provides assistance on how to care less about what other’s think about you.
For Folks Suffering With ADHD
